THE REGISTRATION
To join the FUTURO inspiration getaway the fee is 4,990 € (VAT excl.) for the summer edition. It includes accommodation in the Tuscan villa Casa delle Sorelle, participation in all sessions, all breakfasts, snacks, lunch, dinner, apero and local transportation. It excludes your travel to the location.
Terms and conditions:
When cancelling your participation 6 till 4 weeks before the event, a cancellation fee of 1,950 € (VAT excl.) is due, during the last 4 weeks, the cancellation fee is 4,990€ (VAT excl.) for the summer edition. A replacing participant is allowed at any moment.
All tours are booked on the express condition that FUTURO and its employees, shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, all liability in respect of loss, damage, accident, injury, death, delay or inconvenience to any Client (which shall be deemed to include the heirs, executors, administrators or assigns of the Client), their luggage, or other property, wherever, whenever and however the same may occur. The Client indemnifies and holds harmless FUTURO and its employees accordingly. FUTURO and its employees shall furthermore not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss or damages whatsoever.
It is strongly advised that all Clients take out adequate insurance cover such as cancellation due to illness, accident, injury or other causes. Personal accident, emergency evacuation and repatriation and personal liability cover as well as for loss of or damage to personal belongings are also strongly recommended. FUTURO will not be responsible or liable if the Client fails to take adequate insurance cover or at all. It shall not be obligatory upon FUTURO to effect insurance for the Client.
